Don’t worry about looking like an idiot in front of your class – everyone alongside you started as a beginner at some point, and they are all too focused on their own huffing and puffing to notice anything else, anyway! Leave your worries behind and just bring a bottle of water, a towel, and a hair tie to get started.

All of our instructors are certified with a national fitness certification organization and continually educate themselves on the ins and outs of their program. They are ready to help you adapt their classes to your needs or help you find your place in the class whether you are just starting out or coming back for your thousandth time.
